Preface to the Special Issue on Updated Progresses in Perovskite Solar Cells

• Perovskite solar cells have achieved record efficiencies: single-junction cells at 27%, module efficiency over 18%, and tandem cells approaching 35%. • Stability has improved significantly, with laboratory-tested lifetimes of 10,000 hours and extrapolated stability of tens of thousands of hours. • GW-scale production lines have been preliminarily established, indicating the technology's commercial viability. • The Special Issue compiles 12 contributions, including reviews, research papers, highlights, and a comment, covering key topics such as flexible cells, tandem architectures, and material innovations.
